6). Your immune system is an important factor if you desire to live a healthy live. When you live with an optimistic faith in the future and let go of your worries and stress, your immune system will be stronger and you will have a far greater chance to live up to 110 years.



Laughter is the best medicine and everyone knows that. If you feel down, smile. Don't let those worries ruin your day. Find ways that will make you happy. If you love to watch a movie or go to the beach then do it. This will bring you so much happiness.



The thing about the human body is that it needs to be used in order to survive well. Same goes for your brain! So, it's what we do when we retire that determines the quality of our life and the degree of good health that we can enjoy. Exercise is another great way to help you live a long and healthy life. When you exercise every day for at least 30 minuets, it can help you maintain a good balanced weight, and it is also a great way to release endorphin's which helps with anxiety and stress. Even if it's just a light walk, or a run in place, you want to make sure you're staying active. When you release endorphin's you'll feel better afterwards. Also, doing some light exercises before going to bed can also help you sleep better at night.

1) Eat breakfast - it's amazing to me how many people leave the house for school or work without Fun healthy habits anything in their stomach. Who lets their kids go to school hungry? Unfortunately this is a huge Healthy living advice problem I'm not hungry and I don't have enough time are two of the most common excuses. No more excuses! Studies have proven that eating anything before going to school leads to better test scores in morning classes. If you not eating breakfast, then start with something tomorrow. It can be cereal and milk or other traditional breakfast foods or even a slice of leftover pizza. If you can't stomach solid food, drink a slim-fast/ensure or other liquid meal supplement. This one change will increase your metabolism and raise your glucose level giving you more energy and better concentration.

5) Exercise everyday - start with 30minutes. It can be anything that gets you moving - walking the dog, playing outside with your kids, turning on some music and dancing in your living room. Whatever it takes. I can't stress enough the importance of moving for a healthy mind and body.

I know that this article is on health and not so much on recipes and things like that, but I thought that it was important for everyone to know what their diets should look like. I always say, how the person likes to eats is how they like to cook.
